Facebook is releasing new ads that I find are very interesting for Page owners. Not long ago they came out with Sponsored Stories Ads that allow you to promote Check-Ins and Likes to a fan’s followers. Now they’re releasing Sponsored Posts Ads which means you’ll be able to sponsor specific Posts to Friends of fans who Like and Comment on your post.
Why is that interesting for recruitment?
Having a Facebook App that posts your jobs to your Page is great, but posting key or hard-to-fill openings to your Page’s Wall is key. It allows the posting to spread a little especially if you tie it in with a image or video. Now, with Sponsored Posts Ads, you’ll be able to advertise whenever one of your fans Likes or Comments on that Post announcing the opening. When they interact with the Post, their Friends will see an ad saying they’ve Liked or Commented on the post.
It’s a great way for your job openings to spread further.
